Job Title:                  Moodle Board Portal Setup Specialist

Job Summary:
Bethlehem University seeks a skilled Moodle specialist to design, configure, and launch six secure, governance-focused Moodle “Board Portals” to serve as interim digital hubs for:

International Board of Regents
Bethlehem University Foundation (BUF) Board of Directors
Board of Trustees
Bethlehem University Executive Council
Bethlehem University Academic Council
Bethlehem University International Support Network (ISN)
This is a short-term, project-based engagement with estimated duration of 8–10 weeks.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:

Experience with the use and functionality of Moodle, preferred experience with site/course administration and customization.
Understanding of secure information management for governance or executive-level groups.
Ability to translate meeting workflows into user-friendly digital spaces.
Strong communication skills for engaging with senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:

Familiarity with higher education governance structures.
Experience integrating Moodle with video conferencing and cloud storage platforms.
Prior work with international or donor-focused boards.
Experience producing training materials and providing user onboarding preferred.
