الوصف الوظيفي:
MSF Spain is looking for a  Community Health Educator in Hebron to prepare, provide and present health education sessions to the population/patients according MSF principles and values in order to promote health information through health measures and hygiene conditions as well as provide information about MSF activities in order to facilitate access to healthcare.
Accountabilities

Introduce MSF activities and principles in the field.
Promote MSF services in the different communities of Hebron governorate through community leaders, key stakeholders and beneficiaries.
Provide interactive health education sessions in the communities and MSF mobile clinics, to encourage healthy practices and healthy environments.
Deliver information to community regarding health-related topics and services in a proper and locally adapted way finding the more adequate channels.
Prepare and distribute health education materials with key messages for diseases prevention and health promotion.
Collect feedback about MSF activities and maintain regular dialogue with community, patients, key stakeholders and report main concerns and suggestions for project adaptations.
Actively participate in trainings for Health Community Educators in order to update and improve the skills related to health promotion.
Conduct assessments at community level in order to identify main population needs and most vulnerable areas.
Collect and report data about the Community Engagement and Health Promotion activities conducted and community health, social and humanitarian situation.
Identify and timely refer patients from the community in need of medical, mental health and/or social services.
In case of need, among with the medical team, participate in activities related to a local emergency response.
