Education for Employment-Palestine (EFE-Palestine)Founded in 2009 is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Palestinian youth with the skills and opportunities needed for successful employment. EFE-Palestine delivers training programs in high-demand technical, linguistic, and soft skills, and connects graduates with job opportunities in key sectors such as technology, business and administration, engineering, healthcare, education, and entrepreneurship. Since its inception, EFE-Palestine has trained more than 26,000 youth, with over 70% of graduates securing employment through partnerships with 1000 employers. EFE-Palestine maintains three office locations in Ramallah, East Jerusalem and Gaza. 

EFE-Palestine is part of the Education for Employment (EFE) Network, the leading youth employability network in the MENA region, with affiliates in Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. The EFE network is supported by offices in the USA, Europe, and the UAE.

EFE-Palestine is seeking a qualified Program & Business Development Manager to join its team in Ramallah.

Duties and Responsibilities
Program Development:
Conduct needs assessments and market research to identify opportunities for new program development.
Design and develop innovative programs that address identified needs and align with the company's mission.
Develop program proposals, budgets, and implementation plans.
Oversee the implementation and evaluation of new programs.
Ensure program quality and effectiveness.
Business Development:
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential funders, partners, and clients.
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure funding for programs.
Write grant proposals and other funding applications.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and other industry gatherings.
Generate increased income from existing and especially new sources
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, partners, community members, and staff.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders about program updates and progress.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plan.
Identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives.
Reporting & Evaluation:
Prepare regular reports on program progress and outcomes.
Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Monitor program budgets and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor program staff.
Provide guidance and support to program teams.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications

 A minimum of master’s degree in development, management, business administration or a relevant field
Minimum 7 years of experience in Fundraising, Project, Program Management with local and International Organizations.
Demonstrated ability in fund raising and fund development
Written and spoken fluency in English and Arabic.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Strong consultative communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in philanthropy, not for profit management, governance, and community relations.
Ability to work in a team
