الوصف الوظيفي:
A leading company in Palestine is seeking an expert legal support to ensure that the company’s business transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations while minimizing legal risks.
 
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal support on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal matters. The role ensures that the company’s business transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations while minimizing legal risks
 
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, supplier agreements, and partnership agreements.
Ensure compliance with Palestinian regulations/laws and corporate governance standards.
Provide legal advice on corporate matters, disputes, and risk mitigation strategies.
Support the procurement, sales, and business teams with legal guidance on contracts and negotiations.
Handle legal issues related to licensing, intellectual property, and competition law.
Assist in dispute resolution, litigation management, and arbitration cases.
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s policies are updated accordingly.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:
Academic, technical, and professional qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university
Master’s degree (LLM) in Commercial or Corporate Law is a plus
Licensed lawyer with Palestinian Bar admission 
4 years of experience in employment law, corporate/commercial law.
General Skills:
Computer, AI skills: Advanced
Language skills: 
Advanced command of written and spoken English & Arabic
