Position Title: Part-Time Designer / Freelancer
Location: Remote
Type: Freelance
Schedule: 3 hours/day to start, with potential to grow into a full-time role
Compensation: Hourly pay + performance-based commissions

About the Role
Lisni is looking for a skilled and strategic graphic designer to take ownership of the visual presence of Lisni and its clients. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content across social media, websites, presentations, and more.

The position is flexible and remote, offering creative freedom and real growth potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Design digital content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, website, presentations, & requested items.

Create brand-aligned posts, carousels, ad creatives, banners, and decks

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to produce purposeful visuals

Contribute to Lisni’s creative direction and client branding strategies

Handle visual content for multiple accounts and adapt design to various format.

Full responsibility over managing, scheduling, and monitornig Digital Channel.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing design

Portfolio demonstrating strong multi-channel design work

Fluency in Arabic and English

Proficiency in Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

Understanding of content strategy and marketing basics

Self-driven, responsive, and able to manage flexible tasks
Ability to write or adapt short captions or social content
