Position Title: Field Supervisors

The Requirement is one engineer at the following Locations.

Locations: Jenin, Tolkarem

Starting Date: 1st of August 2025

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field visits to monitor the progress and quality of works.

- Ensure that all activities adhere to the approved technical specifications and safety standards, and contribute in supplies distribution if needed.

- Use monitoring tools (e.g., checklists, forms) to record field observations.

- Report any deviations or delays immediately to the Project manager.

- Liaise with community protection committees, community leaders and beneficiaries to support participatory project implementation.

- Has a good background on Safeguarding & PSEA.

- Gather community feedback on service delivery to inform program improvements.

- Prepare and submit daily or weekly field reports, including photos and GPS coordinates when required.

- Maintain detailed field logs and records for all project activities.

- Attend internal coordination meetings, technical briefings, and relevant training sessions.

- Ensure that all field documentation is clear, complete, and compliant with PARC or donor requirements.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:

bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 year of experience in humanitarian or community projects.
Strong communication skills and experience working with communities.
A strong background in the NGO sector and particularly agricultural.
Extensive experience working with public and private sector partners.
Ability to work under pressure and in remote areas.
Strong fieldwork experience, including monitoring of activities.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond effectively to changing conditions in the field.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work respectfully with diverse communities.
Proficiency in Arabic (mandatory) and preferable good command of English (spoken and written).
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Computer requirements: User level of Microsoft Office Excel and/or software for collecting and data analysis.
Ability to gathering the field information using the digital applications, e.g: KOBO..
