الوصف الوظيفي:
The Center for Continuing Education (CCE) at Birzeit University is seeking a qualified and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join its team, with a Full-time temporary contract on a project. The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating and supporting the implementation of innovative and impactful projects, with a strong focus on education, community development, and capacity-building initiatives.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities in line with approved work plans and timelines.
Serve as a liaison between project partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Prepare high-quality administrative and technical reports in both Arabic and English.
Draft news articles and communication materials related to project activities and achievements.
Organize and support events, workshops, field visits, and coordination meetings.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and filing systems for all project records.
Monitor the execution of project deliverables, timelines, and budgets in coordination with the project team.
Perform additional coordination or administrative tasks as required.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree at least in a relevant field (e.g., education, development studies, project management, business administration, or other related disciplines).
At least two years of proven experience in project coordination, preferably within education or development sectors.
Strong experience in writing administrative and technical reports in both Arabic and English.
Ability to draft high-quality news articles and project communication materials.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant digital tools.
