Axsos AG is scaling its QA capabilities to ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, and high-quality software products for new long-term international projects. We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Quality Assurance Engineer who is passionate about testing, quality, and continuous improvement. You will work side-by-side with developers and product teams to shape the reliability of complex digital systems.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with developers and product owners to define testing strategies and acceptance criteria.
Develop, document, and execute manual and automated test cases.
Identify, track, and manage bugs and performance issues throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.
Ensure test coverage, traceability, and documentation is maintained.
Support CI/CD pipelines with test automation scripts.
Be available to travel internationally based on business needs.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or proven equivalent skills and testing experience.
1–4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Familiarity with QA tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar.
Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile practices.
Knowledge of bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
German language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Experience writing automated test scripts (JavaScript, Python, or Java).
Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Experience testing REST APIs and web applications.
Experience with security, performance, or mobile testing is a plus.
