Who Are We?
WeSearch Center for Research and Consultancies was established in July 2023 and later officially registered with the Palestinian Authority. Based in Ramallah, we are a research and consultancy firm committed to supporting development that is led by communities and grounded in evidence. We work across Palestine and the broader MENA region to produce research that is useful, ethical, and rooted in people’s lived experiences.

Our work includes studies, surveys, evaluations, policy analysis, and training. But more than that, we treat research not just as data collection, but as a way to shift how knowledge is created by including those who are often excluded from decision-making. We believe that knowledge should serve the people, not just institutions.

WeSearch works with NGOs, government bodies, universities, donors, cooperatives, and local groups. We approach every assignment with a strong commitment to gender justice, social responsibility, and critical thinking. We avoid ready-made solutions. Instead, we work side-by-side with communities to ask the right questions, understand the challenges they face, and co-create practical, fair, and lasting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and implementing research projects in line with organizational priorities.
Conduct literature reviews, desk research, and data collection (both field-based and remote).
Support qualitative and quantitative data analysis and help draft findings.
Assist in writing reports, case studies, concept notes, and research briefs.
Transcribe interviews, organize research materials, and maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
Contribute to drafting proposals and identifying research and consultancy opportunities.
Help prepare and edit content for publications, presentations, and communication materials.
Provide support in logistical, technical, and administrative coordination of research-related activities.
General Responsibilities:

Support the daily operations of the center and maintain organized workflows.
Carry out administrative duties such as documentation, scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management related to research, consultancy, or operations.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in international relations, human rights, gender and development studies, or a relevant social science field is requested.
A Master’s degree in international relations, human rights, or a relevant social science field is strongly preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in research or related work.
Strong research and analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative methods; experience with statistical tools is an advantage.
Excellent English and Arabic reading, writing, and speaking skills.
