الوصف الوظيفي:
Bank of Palestine seeks a skilled, experienced “Head of Projects Management Department” to join their dynamic team.

Location: Ramallah

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the bank’s strategy by aligning project management practices with business goals.
Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Define and update project portfolio management methodologies.
Manage resources, timelines, risks, and budgets for all bank projects.
Organize and lead Project Committee meetings.
Ensure all projects follow approved management procedures.
Train staff on project management methodologies.
Support strategic program implementation and change management initiatives.
Monitor and improve project systems, processes, and governance.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project management.
Project management experience in technology-related projects is essential.
Experience in product management or Agile projects implementation is preferred.
Certifications: PMP required; LEAN/SIX SIGMA preferred.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of banking operations, services, and products.
Expertise in project management methodologies and best practices.
Advanced planning, organizational, and presentation skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Quality management expertise.
