Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train and support clients. This role involves analyzing and designing financial and banking systems, interacting with clients, and conducting training sessions to ensure the system meets their needs.

Key Responsibilities
System Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Solution Design: Create system models and technical documentation, including ER Diagrams, UML, Use Cases, and Flowcharts.
Client Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and propose effective technical solutions.
Collaboration with Development Teams: Ensure successful implementation of system designs by coordinating with developers and engineers.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing to validate functionality and ensure compliance with business needs.
Documentation & Training: Develop user manuals, technical documents, and provide training to clients and internal teams.
Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, MIS or a related field.
Strong technical background with understanding of programming, databases, and system design.
Experience in system analysis and design, including technical documentation and system modeling.
Strong understanding of ER Diagrams, UML, Use Cases, and Flowcharts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in client service and support.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in writing technical documentation and training materials.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with project management and Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of financial technology and Insurtech.
