Job Title: Social Media Branding & Promotion Specialist

Location: [Ramallah]

Reports To: Program Manager.

Project: MA’AN HUB

Project Duration: 12 months

Allocation: Part Time 50%

Job Summary:
The Social Media Branding & Promotion Specialist will play a crucial role in executing marketing and social media campaigns to support startups and beneficiaries within the MA’AN hub. This role will ensure the strategic promotion of project achievements, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen outreach efforts. The specialist will focus on leveraging the organization’s internal capabilities while maintaining sustainability by reducing reliance on external consultancy firms. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing the Hub platform and all its content, ensuring it remains up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive social media and branding strategies aligned with the MA’AN HUB goals.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote all startups’ products Under the MA’AN hub umbrella.
Analyze trends and audience engagement to optimize campaign performance.
Content Creation & Management
Produce high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts for social media platforms/ MA’AN HUB platform.
Oversee the planning and scheduling of social media posts across multiple channels.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital assets.
Manage the Hub platform and all its content, ensuring it is regularly updated, relevant, and engaging for users.
Community Engagement & Growth
Build and maintain relationships with online audiences, responding to queries and fostering community engagement.
Develop initiatives to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Work closely with startups to enhance their digital presence.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track key social media and marketing metrics to assess the impact of campaigns.
Generate reports on digital engagement, campaign effectiveness, and audience insights.
Recommend improvements based on data analysis and industry best practices.
Collaboration & Capacity Building
Work closely with startups and project teams to provide guidance on digital marketing strategies.
Train beneficiaries on branding, social media management, and content marketing techniques.
Coordinate with internal teams to align promotional efforts with broader project objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, branding, or digital promotions.
Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
Experience in content creation, including graphic design and video production.
Familiarity with digital analytics tools and performance tracking.
Understanding of marketing trends and audience engagement strategies.
Experience in managing online platforms or digital content hubs is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and creative writing skills (ARABIC AND ENGLISH)
Proficiency in social media management tools and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting.
Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Working Conditions:

This position may require occasional travel for HUB-related events and training sessions.
Flexibility in working hours may be needed to accommodate social media engagement.
