Power BI Consultant for Manufacturing Data

About Us:
Inference Technologies is a Palestinian high tech company providing consulting, development and professional services locally and globally. The successful candidate will join our outsourcing team on a project for one of our international clients who are specialized high tech manufacturing industry with a focus on an end-to-end Test data analytics solution.

We are looking for a talented and experienced BI Developer to join our team as an independent consultant. As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining impactful and visually appealing business intelligence solutions using Power BI.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create data models, integrate data from various sources, and deliver insightful reports and dashboards. We are looking for someone who can create structure and organization around the data environment and is interested in solving these challenges.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling the entire BI system and focusing on leveraging Power BI for
smart, real-time decisions.

Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to
transform raw data into meaningful insights.

Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor
those.

Analyzing data and presenting data through reports that aid decision-making.
Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide on a timeline for
task completion.

Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data
models.

Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and
relations.

Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics.
Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
Analyze the current ETL process, and define and design new systems.
Data warehouse development and work with SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS.
Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems.
Create customized charts and custom calculations as per requirements.
Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions as per needs.
SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data.
Work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Good years of experience in Power BI dataset, dashboard creation, and management
required.

Expertise in DAX and complex data.
Proficient in SQL for query optimization and data validation.
Create code to integrate cloud-based solutions and consolidate data for reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience writing technical documentation on BI architecture and reports.
Strong data analytics skills to solve data issues.
Familiarity with tabular data models in SSAS, AAS, or Power BI Premium for data analysis and visualization purposes is required.
Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and API integration.
In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework.
