الوصف الوظيفي:
Masterpiece is a company specializing in supplying arts, handicraft materials, supplies, and packaging solutions, located in Ramallah.

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled digital marketing and social media Specialist to join our team.  

This role involves developing and executing social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.  

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including content creation, and analytics.

- Responsibilities 

A. Strategies and Social Media:

1. Create, manage, and advise on published content (images, video, reels, stories, static posts, and written content) internally and with third-party service providers. 

2. Design, and implement content strategies for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing. 

3. Identify and collaborate with influencers and other industry leaders to enhance brand visibility. 

4. Stay current with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement. 

5. Use data analytics tools to monitor and evaluate social media performance, and generate insights to optimize content and campaigns. 

B. Brand Management 

1. Organize, manage, and design brand assets for all digital, social, and printable materials. 

2. Define and create needed graphic designs for social media and website content.

3. Align brand identity elements, such as brand voice, and visual language (logo, visual guidelines, and brand designs) with messaging, and content creation. 

4. Maintain brand consistency and introduce fresh ideas to executive effectiveness and creativity. 

5. Ensure that the team is socialized in brand guidelines and acts as an approver of brand usage. 

6. Support in conferences and presentations to properly present the Masterpiece brand.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
- Qualifications and experience 

1. Strong experience in marketing and communications focusing on social media engagement and brand marketing.  

2. Attention to detail is a must. 

3. Proficient in social media platforms and performance measurement tools. 

4. Proficiency with social media platforms, and customer relationship management systems and up-to-date with social media trends. 

5. Excellent writing skills in English and Arabic with the ability to create content for diverse audiences. 

6. Creative mind and strategic thinker (up-to-date on the latest trends and tools). 

7. Great time management skills, initiative, and ability to prioritize the most impactful work first. 

8. Strong relationship management skills and intelligence with a customer service attitude to ensure a positive and collaborative experience. 

9. Proficiency in MS Office, Google products (Drive, Sheets, Docs), Google Analytics, Google AdWords, CRM systems, Canva, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and META Business Suite.
