الوصف الوظيفي:
Job Title: Supervisor of the Psychological Support Program for Women with Cancer and Their Families.

Location: Ramallah &Nablus
Reports to: Program Officer and Senior Management

Dunya Women’s Cancer Association is a nonprofit organization, it was Established in Ramallah in 10/01/2022. Dunya Association believes that quality health is a right for all and works to provide free services for marginalized groups and social hardship cases, which annually form more than 30% of the total number of beneficiaries

 Mission: Dunya Association works to protect women and girls from tumors by providing quality preventive and diagnostic services for women's tumors, increasing societal awareness of the importance of early detection, and influencing policies and legislation.

 Dunya Women’s Cancer Center was established in Ramallah in 2011 as a non-profit center and since 2022 dunya is under the umbrella of Dunya Women's Cancer Association. It is the first and only center in Palestine specialized in diagnosing breast and gynecological tumors.

The center has a multidisciplinary team including but not limited to: radiologists, radiology technicians, oncologist, Oncological surgery doctor, women’s doctor, nurses, lab technician and administrative staff.

Overall Job Objective:

Supervise the provision of psychological support for women with cancer and their families by monitoring and evaluating the performance of the social worker, providing ongoing training, and preparing specialized training materials to ensure comprehensive services that meet the needs of the beneficiaries and their families.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervision of the Social Worker's Performance
Training the Social Worker
Preparation of Training Materials
Technical and Advisory Support
Preparing Reports and Recommendations
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field (Master’s in mental health or counseling is preferred).
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in psychological support, especially with cancer patients or chronic illness.
Experience in supervising staff and providing training.
Deep understanding of the psychological challenges faced by women with cancer and their families.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Required Skills:

Excellent communication and effective guidance skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and support staff.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
Knowledge of the latest research and methods in mental health related to cancer patients.
Job Objective:

Contribute to improving the psychological well-being of women with cancer and their families by overseeing the delivery of specialized psychological support services and developing the social worker’s skills to provide this support in a professional and effective manner.
