Medical Supplies & Services Company is one of the leading and most diversified healthcare product suppliers in Palestine is seeking to hire the following vacancy:

Job Title: Systems technical support.

Job Description:

- Installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network device.

- Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and application performance

- Implement firewalls and security measures on network routers.

- Ensure that storage, archiving, backup, and recovery procedures are functioning correctly.

- Security policy implementation for network, software, hardware, firewall, and intrusion detection systems.

- First line, Second line of support for LAN’s and WAN’s.

- Report problems and tasks on the computer Service Disk Trouble Ticketing system.

- Insure implementing the Department policies and procedures

متطلبات الوظيفة

Academic qualification

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or any relevant field.

Experience

2 years of experience in the same field.

Languages

Excellent in Arabic and English (Writing, Speaking, Reading).
