الوصف الوظيفي:Title: Senior Procurement and Logistics Officer
Location: Jericho
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective procurement and logistics strategies to ensure efficient sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and align strategies with company goals.
Negotiate and prepare contracts with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Coordinate lo7gistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to enhance efficiency and minimize costs.
Implement and manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to procurement, logistics, and customs clearance.
Communicate directly with transportation company drivers to ensure adherence to work programs and address any deviations.
Prepare and present detailed reports on procurement and logistics activities to management.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in procurement and logistics processes independently.
Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Required Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement and logistics, with a proven track record in managing supply chain processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Proficiency with procurement and logistics software, including ERP systems.
Required Skills:
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in supply chain management principles and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
