الوصف الوظيفي:
The purpose of the position is to provide leadership and management of grant acquisition and compliance to secure a diverse resource portfolio and enhance World Vision Jerusalem – West Bank – Gaza’s overall resource pipeline and donor partnerships. The position includes managing one to three staff, as budget allows, as well as serving as an important member of the senior management team (Impact & Results team). The role reports to the National Director and has three primary areas of responsibility:

Externally engage, gather intelligence, and preposition with donors to increase our partnerships;
Lead proposal development processes for bilateral, multilateral, corporate and World Vision non-sponsorship funding to grow grant funding and ensure a healthy pipeline; and
Ensure compliance and alignment with donor agreements, regulations and WV internal policies and reporting.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Bachelor’s Degree in international development, sociology, or other social sciences. 
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience in program design and proposal writing.
Experience in monitoring and evaluation.
Experience supervising staff.
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Expertise in the program management cycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven knowledge of and skills for computer software application.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and cultural sensitivity.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work under pressure.
