Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: Jericho

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of electrical industrial projects. From reviewing tender documents to leading site coordination meetings, the Senior Electrical Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with all relevant regulations and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify tender documents, including design drawings, bills of quantities, and technical specifications.
Evaluate method statements, shop drawings, and as-built drawings submitted by contractors.
Provide daily supervision of construction activities to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and regulations.
Monitor and assess contractor performance in safety, workmanship, and quality.
Lead site coordination meetings with project personnel, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and maintain daily and monthly site reports for electrical construction activities.
Verify quantities of executed works and assess interim payment requests.
Supervise performance testing and commissioning of equipment during project closing stage.
Make strategic decisions and provide leadership to the project team.
Devise cost-effective electrical plans to facilitate project completion.
Manage risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and vendors.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Minimum of 10 years' experience as an Electrical Engineer, with at least 7 years in industrial projects.
Experience in high voltage, low voltage systems, and substations.
Solid Experience in SCADA, PLC, DCS and control systems with all processing stages.
Knowledge in Stations and Transformers power and distribution.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and related programs.
Strong typing and editing skills in English and Arabic.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Additional Skills (Preferred):

Professional certification or licensure in Electrical Engineering.
Familiarity with industry-standard software for electrical design and analysis.
Knowledge of local/municipal regulations and codes pertaining to electrical construction.
Knowledge of Jerusalem District Electricity Company (JDECO) requirements.
