Position: Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Proactively engage with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue growth opportunities within our target markets.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate sales reports.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Requirements
Must have proven track record of success in inside sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role.
Strong understanding of the trucking industry, including knowledge of freight brokerage, logistics, and supply chain management preffered.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate the value proposition of our services.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for driving results and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Fluency in English
