About the Opportunity

We're in search of our first employee—a motivated Laravel Developer ready to take on the exciting challenge of building our vision from the ground up. This role is not just about writing code; it's about setting the foundation of a product that could impact the market significantly. You'll be the technical wizard transforming ideas into a tangible, functioning platform.

Role Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain our web application with a focus on the Laravel framework.

• Collaborate closely with the founders to translate business requirements into robust tech solutions.

• Establish database structures and backend services, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that follows industry best practices.

• Be proactive in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving bugs and issues.

• Lay down the groundwork for the company’s tech stack, setting standards for future development and team expansion.

• Wear multiple hats and be willing to explore and learn new technologies as our product evolves.

• Contribute ideas and participate in decision-making as a core member of our startup team.

• Brings proven experience with PHP and the Laravel framework; we want to see what you've built!

• Is comfortable with the ambiguity and rapid changes that come with a startup environment.

• Has a strong understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).

• Is self-driven, with the ability to take initiative and manage projects with minimal supervision.

• Possesses a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical co-founders.
