Innotech - A growing company located in Ramallah is looking for qualified Database Administrator. We seek motivated individuals to manage the development of our software platform. Main Responsibilities:

Under direction of Chief Technology Officer and working with other internal stakeholders

Manage and administer internal and client technology infrastructure including servers, databases, networking, software, etc.

Ensure security, high availability and performance of all elements of technology architecture.

Manage implementation and support of all internal software products and tools

Support client service teams in diagnosing client issues related to IT architecture

Work with internal teams to optimize use and service level of all technology

Work with Product Development to help optimize the technology architecture to support the best client experience

Monitor performance and manage parameters in order to provide the best quality environment to internal and external clients.

Working with Product Team, manage and perform new product releases and ensure no environmental or data issues for new releases.

Act as internal IT Security Officer to ensure security and integrity of confidential data

Manage ensure and test all Backups and Disaster Recovery Plans

Generally ensure the highest quality IT and database environment for the best internal and client experience.

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering and/or equivalent experience.

At least 3 years of illustrated work experience as System and Database Administrator.

Strong Experience in AWS platform.

Strong Experience in RDMS database administration as SQL Server and MySQL.

Strong experience in Structured Query Language (SQL).

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Security.

Knowledge with IIS and Apache is a Plus.

Problem-solving and good analytical skills.

Communication, teamwork and negotiation skills.

The ability to work quickly, under pressure and to deadlines.
