Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Innotech is seeking to fill Quality Assurance Automation Engineer position.

Responsibilities:
• Performing Automation testing on our web based platforms
• Troubleshooting and Triaging issues with multiple teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
• Documenting, Tracking and Escalating issues
• Assisting in Developing an Automation Framework
• Estimating the Level of Effort needed to test and complete a task
• Creating and Updating existing QA documentation
• Working closely with Development, Business Analysts and the Product Owners to ensure project success
• Working closely with the rest of the QA Team to strategically automate our testing suite
• Creating documentation on our suite for the entire team
• Record and document results and compare to expected results
• Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected
• Document anomalies and issues
• Maintain database of software defects
• Examine code and execution of code in various environments
• Verify specific action or function of code
• Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards and those standards set forth by upstream sources

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering or equivalent degree
• At least 1 year of Strictly Automation Testing experience
• Experience in Selenium is required
• Experience in C# is a plus
• Strong Manual Testing knowledge
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Data collection, management and analysis
• Ability to write and define test cases
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical skills
• Flexibility to Multitask and Shift Focus as needed
• Web testing experience
• Ability to work with Remote Teams
• An understanding of Agile testing methodologies
• SQL knowledge is required
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in English Language
