Job Title: Operations Officer
Location: 1.Tulkarem 2.Jenin
Duration: Permanent
Reporting to: General Manager

Background:

INJAZ Palestine is an independent Palestinian organization non-profit NGO dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their future, and make smart academic and economic choices. INJAZ programs are delivered by corporate and community volunteers, who provide relevant, hands-on experiences that give students from high school knowledge and skills in financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship.

Objective:

INJAZ Palestine is currently looking for two dynamic and creative Operational Officers who will be able to develop, implement, and monitor INJAZ’s programs and activities. The positions are as shown below:

-Operations Officer in Tulkarem
-Operations Officer in Jenin

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Develop and sustain strong relationships with the private sector in order to recruit and maintain a number of qualified volunteers who are able to deliver INJAZ’s programs
-Maintain strong relationships with the educational sector 
-Monitor and ensure high quality implementation of all INJAZ’s programs and activities
-Conduct field visits to schools, universities, and companies to track and evaluate the implementation of programs and activities
-Develop relationships and manage communications with various media outlets including radios, newspapers, Tv channel, etc… 
-Prepare reports and keep record of all INJAZ’s data through written and electronic systems.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Media, Social Sciences, or other related fields
-At least 5 years of experience in private or educational sector
-Knowledge in project management, implementation, and evaluation 
-Strong  oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong analytical and reporting skills
-Proficient knowledge in computer programs 
-Ability to supervise, direct, and train subordinates
