Baladi Group is seeking an experienced, results-driven Manager with strong leadership capabilities and a proven ability to lead teams, oversee operations, and achieve business objectives.

Key Requirements
5–8 years of relevant management experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
Fluency in Hebrew is mandatory.
Fluency in Arabic; English is an advantage.
Valid Israeli ID.
Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and a results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in supermarkets, restaurants, real estate, or banking will be considered a strong advantage.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
Set priorities, monitor performance, and implement operational improvements.
Manage operational challenges and make effective business decisions.
Coordinate with senior management and prepare operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
