الوصف الوظيفي:
The Treatment and Rehabilitation Center for Victims of Torture (TRC) is a non-profit mental health service provider in the West Bank and East Jerusalem seeks qualified:

Psychologists/Social Workers to Provide Outreach Services in Jerusalem

Important Eligibility Requirement:
This position is open exclusively to individuals holding a valid Jerusalem ID due to the nature and location of the outreach services. Applicants who do not hold a Jerusalem ID are kindly requested not to apply. We appreciate your understanding of this requirement.

Required Tasks:
Provide holistic individual, group, and family therapy and psychosocial support to clients through outreach services; provide and accept referrals as required; and conduct follow-up with clients while tracking progress through paper and electronic case management tools.
Provide community awareness, clinical supervision, and support to clients as required, and coordinate with Social Workers, Psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals.
Conduct comprehensive case management and data entry with sensitivity and confidentiality and ensure concise analytical monitoring and evaluation of interventions.
Coordinate with the Head of the Treatment and Rehabilitation Unit and the Project Coordinator. Participate in case reviews, assessments, evaluations, and the preparation of weekly visit reports.
Be fluent in both Arabic and English and able to prepare reports, conduct presentations, and discuss cases in both languages; familiarity with relevant technical terminology in both languages and the ability to provide translations as necessary are required.
Attend meetings and discuss interventions with various stakeholders.
Conduct training sessions for beneficiaries and local communities.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تقديم العلاج والدعم النفسي والاجتماعي الشامل بشكل فردي وجماعي وأسري للمستفيدين من خلال خدمات الوصول المجتمعي، وتقديم واستقبال الإحالات حسب الحاجة، ومتابعة المستفيدين ورصد تقدمهم من خلال أدوات إدارة الحالات الورقية والإلكترونية.
- تقديم التوعية المجتمعية والإشراف والدعم السريري للمستفيدين حسب الحاجة، والتنسيق مع الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والأطباء النفسيين وغيرهم من العاملين في مجال الصحة النفسية.
- إجراء إدارة شاملة للحالات وإدخال البيانات مع الالتزام بالحساسية والسرية، وضمان المتابعة والتقييم التحليلي والموجز للتدخلات.
- التنسيق مع رئيس وحدة العلاج والتأهيل ومنسق/ ة المشروع، والمشاركة في مراجعة الحالات والتقييمات وإعداد تقارير الزيارات الأسبوعية.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية والقدرة على إعداد التقارير وتقديم العروض ومناقشة الحالات باللغتين، مع الإلمام بالمصطلحات الفنية ذات الصلة باللغتين والقدرة على تقديم الترجمة عند الحاجة.
- القدرة على حضور الاجتماعات ومناقشة التدخلات مع مختلف الجهات ذات العلاقة.
- القدرة على تنفيذ تدريبات للمستفيدين والمجتمعات المحلية.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification in Psychology or Social Work.
Experience in supervision and conducting individual, group, family, and child therapy.
Knowledge of data entry and case management, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and respond to emergency situations requiring immediate psychological intervention.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Valid Jerusalem ID is mandatory for this position.
- شهادة جامعية أو مؤهل مهني معتمد في علم النفس أو الخدمة الاجتماعية.
- خبرة في الإشراف وتقديم العلاج الفردي والجماعي والأسري وعلاج الأطفال.
- معرفة بإدخال البيانات وإدارة الحالات، وإجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وغيرها من البرامج ذات الصلة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية والاستجابة للحالات الطارئة التي تتطلب تدخلاً نفسياً فورياً.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتقديم والعرض.
- يشترط أن يكون المتقدم/ ة حاملاً/ ة لهوية مقدسية سارية المفعول.
