Position Overview
The E-Commerce & Sales Associate will be responsible for managing online store operations while also assisting customers in our Rawabi branch. This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills, digital proficiency, and confidence in direct sales.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Duties
Process and manage online orders
Follow up on deliveries and customer confirmations
Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms
Update products and inventory on Shopify or website
Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and promotions
In-Store Sales Duties
Assist customers professionally in the Rawabi store
Present jewelry collections and explain product details
Close sales and meet performance targets
Maintain high standards of customer service
Support inventory organization and store presentation
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Requirements
Ability to work full-time in Rawabi (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers and digital tools
Organized and detail-oriented
Sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Experience with Shopify, Meta platforms, or e-commerce tools is a plus
