الوصف الوظيفي:iVAS Communications is seeking to hire a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at the company’s office.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and acquire new customers to expand the company’s client base.
Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned accounts.
Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions and services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports on account performance, sales activities, and client feedback.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business growth.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Fluent English is a must (spoken and written).
Background in the technology or telecommunications sector is highly preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or business development (fresh graduates are welcome if they add value).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly committed.
