Position Title: Data Analyst
Location: Ramallah, Palestine
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Research Manager / MEAL Lead

Position Summary
The Data Analyst supports NOVA’s research, evaluation, and MEAL assignments by managing datasets, conducting statistical analysis, and producing dashboards and analytical products. The role strengthens evidence-based decision-making for programs and partners.

Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management

Clean, verify, and structure datasets from multiple projects.
Maintain data logs, coding sheets, and secure databases.
Ensure adherence to data protection standards.
2. Statistical Analysis & Visualization

Conduct quantitative analysis using Excel, SPSS, Power BI, or similar tools.
Develop dashboards, charts, and visual reports.
Draft analytical summaries that support evaluations and research outputs.
3. Survey & Tool Development

Support digital survey design, sampling plans, and collection tools.
Provide orientation and troubleshooting support to field teams.
4. Reporting & Knowledge Generation

Contribute analytical sections to reports and presentations.
Produce visual briefs and data summaries for internal and external use.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, economics, public health, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in data analysis or MEAL roles.
Strong Excel skills and at least one analytics software (SPSS, Power BI, Stata, R).
Strong accuracy, data verification, and confidentiality discipline.
Solid English and Arabic writing skills.
