We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & E-Commerce Specialist to manage online sales operations, convert leads into customers, and grow revenue across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of e-commerce workflows, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently. Experience with Meta Ads and basic content creation is considered a strong advantage.

Sales
Handle inquiries across all platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook).
Convert leads into sales and follow up with potential customers.
Provide product recommendations and ensure a smooth buying experience.
E-Commerce Management
Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and availability.
Process orders, updates, refunds, and customer requests.
Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Marketing Support
Assist with promotions, discounts, offers, and monthly campaign planning.
Work with the marketing team to support Meta Ads campaigns and provide insights on performance.
Create content (photos, short videos, product highlights) when needed for social media.
Share feedback on best-selling products and customer behavior.
Reporting
Maintain accurate daily sales logs.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
