الوصف الوظيفي:
A leading company in Palestine is seeking a skilled professional Metro Ethernet Engineer to build plans and execution for the projects and tasks with high troubleshooting excellence of the Metro Ethernet services within the organization.

Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the projects within this part covering the whole lifecycle of the projects aiming to achieve reliable and scalable Ethernet network solutions across metropolitan areas, aligning with the company’s business objectives and customer needs. The Metro Ethernet Engineer is responsible for preparing project plans and following up the project milestones in terms of detailed action plan internally and with related parties.

Key Responsibilities:
Network Execution Management 

Ensure the availability of Metro Ethernet layer by maintaining redundancy and capacity. 
Arranging the detailed HLD/LLD and synch up with related parties. 
Follow up the projects planning and execution phases. 
Participating in resolving major problems within the Metro Ethernet network. 
Perform the execution part of the projects. 
Prepare the needed plans for the needed tasks. 
Project Management 

Manage the planning, execution, and completion of key network projects. 
Ensure projects are delivered on time and remedy the issues/obstacles hitting the projects. 
Follow up the milestones of the projects and support the team if needed 
Innovation and Continuous Improvement 

Improve the project planning and execution implementation to achieve optimized project lifecycle. 
Decision Ownership 

Tactical Decisions 

Arrangements for the project implementation 
Perform the needed escalations and follow up to move forward the project implementation. 
Arrange with related parties and synch up with them on all projects and tasks. 
Vendor and Partner Management 

Participate in vendors contracts and partnership.  
Execution Policies and Procedures 

Follow the operational policies, procedures, and best practices. 
Participate in operational changes to enhance network performance and efficiency
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. 
3+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 1 years in a hands on of network implementation. 
Basic Certifications: 
Network certificates: CCNA or JNCIA are mandatory
Relevant certifications such as or Metro Ethernet Forum - Carrier Ethernet Certified Professional (MEF-CECP)
Professional Skills: 

Metro Ethernet Technology Level: Very Good 
Details: Basic understanding of Metro Ethernet standards, protocols (such as Ethernet over MPLS IGP routing protocols SR, redundancy protocols), network design, and architecture. 
Basics network knowledge in designing scalable and robust network infrastructures, including understanding of layer 2 and layer 3 networking. 
Good hands on in routing protocols implementations and network layers. 
Execute continuous improvement, ability to adopt new technologies, and implement best practices. 
Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, stakeholders, and customers. 
Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network designs, plans and configuration templates.
