الوصف الوظيفي:
Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Commercial Manager for a leading Manufacturing Company located in Nablus, Palestine.
Reporting to: General Manager.
Contract Type: Permanent/ Full-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Commercial Management:
Develop and implement the commercial strategy plan to achieve the company’s profitability and growth targets.
Establish a comprehensive marketing intelligence system to collect and analyze market, customer, and competitor data.
Set realistic sales targets for regional markets based on detailed analysis.
Review and improve sales and marketing policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
Prepare and present a commercial KPI scorecard to monitor key performance indicators.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales channels.
Oversee the full sales cycle from order placement and production coordination to delivery and receivables collection.
Lead and motivate sales, marketing, and customer service teams to achieve business goals.
Maintain up-to-date market and competitor activities to support business decisions.
Marketing & Brand Management:
Develop a detailed marketing strategy and plan, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP).
Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and conventional media.
Reactivate the MEO system and establish a yearly marketing calendar (advertising, PR, trade campaigns, etc.).
Introduce and manage a customer loyalty program to strengthen client relationships.
Ensure effective use of the marketing budget and deliver strong ROI on all activities.
Establish and manage pricing structures and discount policies in coordination with finance.
Performance & Reporting:
Submit a monthly report for performance and KPI scorecard.
Provide a rolling sales forecast by item (volume and value) to support production planning.
Set and monitor monthly sales targets per customer and team member.
Track marketing expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

Proven record in developing and implementing commercial and marketing strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability and willingness to travel.
Years of experience:
Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a commercial leadership role (industrial/manufacturing sector preferred).

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Location:
Nablus, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in English and Arabic, Hebrew is a plus.
