الوصف الوظيفي:Beyond Financials for consulting and training looking for a female administrative manger with financial background (Office Manager) to join our family in our new office located in ALBierh - NearAl Quds Bank, she should be able to manage and lead the office needs and staff to facilitate the flow of work , her duties :
Tracking daily tasks to all Beyond team
Assisting in various projects, including internal/external audit and financial preparation
Working with all areas of finance, financial systems, internal audit, and financial compliance
Maintaining archive records on beyond cloud system
Monitering Beyond Financials Team tasks and clients needs to ensure the work done on timely manners
follow up with Beyond Clients
Communicate with varios entities and institutions
Manage Beyond financials office needs
Follow with Beyond marketing agencies
Manage and help for training sessions preparations
Other managerial work requsted to get the work done
Represnt Beyond Financials company
Ability to visit Beyond Financials clients in differenent cities beside Ramallah (jericho, Beit lahem , Hebron etc if needed
work and direcltly supervised by Beyond Financials Manager
متطلبات الوظيفة:1- Microsoft Office expert
2- Excelent speeking in arabic and english
3- Excelent communication skills
4- Leading Character
5- Ability to wotk on field
