الوصف الوظيفي:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience gained within a reputable financial institution.

Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze loan applications to accurately assess creditworthiness and determine risk.
Conduct in-depth credit and financial analysis, perform thorough risk assessments, and prepare clear, comprehensive credit reports.
Serve as the primary point of contact for financial institutions, ensuring proactive and effective communication and follow-up.
Actively monitor the loan portfolio, including identifying and managing loans in arrears and coordinating collection activities.
Utilize MS Excel to prepare accurate data sets, critical financial reports, and insightful analyses to support lending decisions.
Collaborate effectively with team members and internal departments to support the lending process and improve operational efficiency.
Apply strong knowledge of the MSME lending market and experience gained from the Banking or Microfinance Institution (MFI) sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/ or any related field.
3–5 years of experience in credit/ financial analysis (preferably from banks and/ or MFIs).
Knowledge of credit processes, financial statements, and risk management. Local knowledge of local regulations in a plus.
Possess strong analytical and Excel skills to accurately prepare spreadsheets and reports.
Hardworking, able to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities.
Above average command of English (spoken and written); ability to prepare and produce professional financial reports.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
