SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian NGO which, for more than 40 years, has been providing assistance to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters by meeting their vital needs for food, water and shelter. Particularly involved in the fight against diseases linked to unsafe water, the first cause of death in the world, SI's interventions provide expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and hygiene promotion, but also in the essential area of food security and livelihoods. Present in around twenty countries, SI's teams - 2000 people in total made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent staff at headquarters, and a few volunteers - work with professionalism and commitment while respecting cultures.
Solidarités International (SI) is determined to prevent and fight all type of abuse – all act of exploitation, abuse and/or sexual harassment (SEAH) against members of beneficiary communities or collaborators, fraud, corruption, violation of persons and/or property, funding of activities harmful to human rights – that could be perpetrated in the frame of its interventions. SI implements a zero-tolerance policy regarding acts of SEAH.

Solidarités International has been operating in Gaza since February 2024 and opened a new area of intervention in West Bank since June 2025. Up to this date, operations in West Bank focused on rapid response to new shocks through a partnership initiated with a well-established national NGO operating both in West Bank and Gaza strip. The first intervention led by SI Partner will begin in early October 2026
In line with its country strategy, SI is now looking for program experimented resource to support the partner in building the rapid response capacity and frame a direct intervention strategy for SI in West Bank.
About the position
Job title: Program Activity Manager

Contract duration: 3 months renewable according to funding
Job Summary:
The Activity Manager oversees carrying out and accomplishing the objectives defined and strategy defined by the country teams.
He/she is responsible for ensuring fruitful relationships with SI’s operational partners and beneficiary organization in and around his/her assigned area. In particular, he/she will facilitate the link with Local NGO, international/national partners, who are involved in SI project for good collaboration and communication.
Aligned with the 2026 country strategy, the Program Activity Manager will assess multisectoral needs in the West Bank and identify relevant intervention axes for potential implementation in 2025–2026.
He/she also assists and/or leads activities as per the needs identified. He/she must ensure that these activities are well executed and deliver quality results, and when appropriate, propose adjustments or developments to ensure relevance.
Job Description:
1. Trigger direct program implementation
In line with the 2026 country strategy, assess the multisectoral needs in West Bank and define intervention axis for potential immediate implementation in 2025 - 2026.
2.Support local partner implementation
Monitor SI Partners intervention and provide constructive recommendation to ensure quality programming overall
Frame the alert validation mechanism and ensure direct coordination with SI partners to enable reactive intervention in case of new shocks based on proposed intervention from Ma’an
Support SI partners in identifying alternative alert sources to ensure efficient watch of the humanitarian situation and reactivity of the intervention overall
Coordinate with SI Partners to identify and validate intervention based on ancient shocks that could be funded by alternative SI’s fundings.

متطلبات الوظيفة:Studies: Master’s degree related project management, engineering and/or WASH such as civil engineering, electro- mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, water and sanitation, hydraulic engineering or related field.
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in technical field. 2 years’ experience in a similar position in the humanitarian sector in implementing emergency projects. Previous experience in carrying out assessments and proposal development. Experience in team management.
Languages: Fluent in both English and Arabic
Skills:
Mastering of project cycle management, and project reporting
Knowledge in proposal design and writing
Knowledge of WaSH
Knowledge of donors' requirements and compliance rules is an asset
Good Communication /coordination and representation skills in English
Teamwork spirit and ability to work effectively under pressure
