About uWave

uWave (read “You Wave”) Semiconductor is a research and development startup specializing in the design of RF/Analog mixed-signal Integrated Circuits (ICs). Our primary focus is developing low-power RF AMS products that serve a wide range of industries. 

Key responsibilities:
Design and simulation of RF/Analog mixed-signal ICs (e.g. LNAs, PLLs, mixers, filters, oscillators, etc.)
Assist in layout design to ensure proper matching, parasitic control and design rule compliance
Contribute to block- and system-level verification through modelling and simulation
Document design concepts, simulation results and test finding in technical reports
Collaborate with senior engineers to debug issues and optimize circuit performance 
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with an average of 85% or more (or equivalent)
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Knowledge or coursework in RF/Analog IC design is a strong plus
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a startup environment
