الوصف الوظيفي:

Position Title : Junior business mentor 

Budget : $4800 for 4 months  

Project Name : “AMALI”

Funded by : CARE.

Project Summary:
The project aims to empower youth and women to establish and operate their own income-generating businesses and as well to sustain and develop youth-run SMEs with focus on manufacturing and agri-tech companies.

Project duration : April 2025 – November 2027

Starting date :September 2025
Task and responsibilties :
Junior business mentor will assist the B-Hub team with the following:
- Conducting diagnostic visits to startups and SMEs – applicants located throughout the West Bank
- Developing diagnostic reports on the data collected in the diagnostic visits and data analysis
- Communicating with companies – applicants
- Conducting training workshops to community entrepreneurs in the selected community clusters in the central and north districts
- Developing, maintaining, and analyzing databases of the project beneficiaries and all required M&E forms
- Developing and designing the project promotional and advertising materials
- Advertising and following up with the applicants
- Preparing training logistics

Work output/results:
- Diagnostic visits and reports for companies – applicants
- Training workshops for startups
- Advertising and promotional materials
- Databases and tracking sheets for beneficiaries

متطلبات الوظيفة:
Educational qualifications:
1)Educational background in industrial engineering or business fields with at least a Bachelor degree
2)At least 3 years of practical experience with local private companies

Technical skills:
1)Strong communication skills
2)Ability to design and implement promotional campaigns. Good knowledge of social media advertising is a must.
3)Ability to use digital tools for developing, maintaining, and analyzing databases and tracking sheets with large numbers of beneficiaries. Good knowledge of Excel is a must.
4)Ability to travel to different West Bank localities

Language skills:
Fluent Arabic and English languages
