Role Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams and drive the successful delivery of our software projects.

If you’re a technical leader who can work closely with Tech Leads, Senior Developers and Product Owners to ensure projects are delivered on time and with top quality

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee software development teams and guide Tech Leads to ensure optimal performance.
Contribute to strategic project planning in collaboration with Product Owners.
Make key technical decisions and ensure the best practices and tools are applied.
Guide the design of robust database architectures and well-structured microservices aligned with business needs.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
Support the professional growth of team members and help resolve complex technical challenges.
Encourage and oversee the integration of AI tools and techniques into development workflows.
Step in when needed to engage with clients and ensure project success.
Work Conditions

Location: FIS Headquarters – Ramallah, Palestine (on-site).
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Employment Contract.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate fluently with international clients.
Strong hands-on knowledge of modern programming languages and technologies (such as C#.NET, React, etc.).
Proven experience in database design and optimization, and in building scalable microservices architectures.
Practical experience with Agile/Scrum and managing technical teams.
Familiarity with AI tools, machine learning concepts, or experience integrating AI-enhanced development workflows is a strong plus.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both with technical teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
