Part Time Position : Marketing & Sales Officer (Part-Time) – Nablus

Art to Heart - Palestine is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Sales Officer to drive sales, expand our network, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen our marketing presence. If you have a passion for art-driven social impact and proven experience in marketing and sales, we’d love to hear from you. 

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase product sales.
Identify and establish partnerships with local and international sales channels.
Design and optimize the Customer Journey Map for service users.
Lead online and offline marketing campaigns.
Oversee Art to Heart’s online store, ensuring high-quality content, photography, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with the product design team on marketing content for new products.
Develop a structured sales process for both online and offline sales.
Launch and manage the A2H Friends Network, engaging local and international supporters.
Promote the donation page and develop a membership scheme for supporters.
Supervise and enhance Art to Heart’s media, publications, and social media presence.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in marketing and sales (both online & offline).
Proven experience in customer journey development and structured sales processes.
Experience working with NGOs or social enterprises.
Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
Ability to work independently and within a small team.
Based in Nablus.
Contract Details:

Duration: 6 months (part-time, with potential for extension based on performance & funding).
