Job Description:

As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced

WordPress sites and custom solutions. You will utilize Bricks Builder as your primary tool to craft visually

engaging and high-performing websites. In this freelance role, you’ll work closely with project managers,

designers, and clients to transform creative concepts into robust web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bricks-Focused Development:

o Leverage Bricks Builder to design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.

o Customize Bricks layouts and elements to meet unique client requirements.

- Performance & Optimization:

o Architect and optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and responsive

designs.

o Implement SEO best practices and robust security measures.

- Collaboration & Leadership:

o Work with cross-functional teams (designers, content creators, project managers) to

deliver seamless user experiences.

o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, maintaining high code quality and adherence

to best practices.

o Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on Bricks and WordPress

standards.

- Continuous Improvement:

o Stay current with the latest trends and updates in WordPress development and Bricks

Builder.

o Propose innovative solutions to enhance functionality and improve the user

experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.

- Extensive expertise with Bricks Builder (theme and plugin development, custom element

creation, layout customization).

- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.

- Proven experience in creating high-performance, responsive, and SEO-friendly WordPress

websites.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern deployment workflows.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

- Must be based in, or available to freelance from, the West Bank.

Preferred Attributes:

- Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting.

- Passionate about keeping up with emerging WordPress technologies and best practices.

- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly.

- Experience with additional tools or frameworks that complement Bricks Builder is a plus.
