الوصف الوظيفي:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Feed Premix Formulation and production Manager to lead Izdehar Animal Feed Premix Unit. The Feed Premix Formulation and Production Manager is responsible for the development, formulation, production, NIR testing, ingredient sourcing and approval, and quality control of animal feed premixes. This role requires a deep understanding of animal nutrition, feed formulation software, production processes, and quality assurance procedures. The manager will lead a team and ensure the efficient and cost-effective production of high-quality premixes that meet Izdehar Animal Feed customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
1. Formulation Development:
- Develop and optimize premix formulations based on animal nutritional requirements, ingredient availability, cost considerations, and customer specifications.
- Utilize feed formulation software to create and manage premix recipes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research in animal nutrition and adjust formulations accordingly.
- Collaborate with nutritionists and sales teams to understand customer needs and develop customized premixes.

2. Production Management:
- Oversee the entire premix production process, from raw material intake to finished product packaging.
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective production operations, minimizing waste and maximizing throughput.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.
- Manage and supervise production staff, including training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
- Monitor production equipment and coordinate maintenance and repairs.

3. Quality Control:
Develop and oversee implementation of quality control procedures, oversee the analysis of raw materials and finished products, and investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

4. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to feed safety and production, and maintain necessary certifications and licenses.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, Feed Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in feed formulation or premix production
- Knowledge of ISO, HAACP and GMPs •
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
