Job Title: IT - Technical Support
Job Description:
Install and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and software, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting technical issues.
Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and application performance.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP Stack.
Understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, and IP addressing.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and troubleshooting methods.
Knowledge of storage, archiving, backup, and recovery procedures.
Implement security policies for network, software, hardware, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
Report problems and tasks using the Computer Service Desk Trouble Ticketing System.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Academic Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years.
Languages:
Fluency in Arabic and English (writing, speaking, and reading).
Personal Profile:
Committed and able to work under pressure.
