Part-Time Accountant / ACT Medical
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Accountant to join our team in a part-time role, with the exciting opportunity to transition into a full-time position in the future. This is a fantastic chance for an individual looking to gain more experience while maintaining flexibility, while also taking the lead in our Accounting department.

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards, and providing insightful financial information to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter all accounting data on the financial systems (BISAN & Priority software).
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
Perform various administrative duties and manage tendering requirements as directed by upper management.
Prepare all bank-related documents, checks, and transfers.
Meet deadlines and provide financial information in a timely manner.
Maintain high standards of conduct and demonstrate sound work ethics.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with BISAN and Priority accounting software is highly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Email.
Excellent command of both spoken and written Hebrew and English.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
A minimum of 2 years experience in accounting.
Must have a Jerusalem ID.
A valid Driving License.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of accounting systems.
