Palestine Motors Company (PMC), located in Baytuniya on Abu Jehad College St., is the exclusive dealer for prestigious automotive brands including BMW, Geely, and Mitsubishi Motors in Palestine. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, PMC is dedicated to providing high-quality vehicles and exceptional service to our valued customers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Business Development Executives to join our dynamic team across our various brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Engage with prospective clients to present our vehicle offerings, articulating the unique value propositions of each brand with clarity and confidence.
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for the customer.
Utilize CRM software for lead generation and management, tracking interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer information.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our vehicles.
Complete all required documentation and reports related to sales activities and customer interactions.
Undertake any additional initiatives or tasks as requested by the direct manager to support the overall goals of the organization.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry or 4-5 years of sales experience in a related field.
Required Skills:
Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong relationship-building abilities, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in lead generation and management, utilizing CRM software to optimize sales processes.
Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
