We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and achieve revenue goals. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
2. Brand Management:
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Strengthen brand identity and oversee creative campaigns.
3. Campaign Development:
•Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.
4. Team Leadership:
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Foster collaboration across departments, including sales, product, and design.
5. Digital Marketing:
• Oversee SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
• Manage social media accounts and content creation.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
• Track key performance metrics and present actionable insights to
stakeholders.
• Use data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
7. Budget Management:
• Develop and oversee the marketing budget.
• Allocate resources efficiently across projects.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and analytics.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in [specific industry, e.g., technology, retail, healthcare].

• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation software.

• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
