We are seeking experienced and dynamic trainers to deliver high-quality training sessions in three distinct areas: Professional Skills, Financial Literacy Skills, and Introduction to Business Development. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in their respective fields and a passion for training and empowering others. These trainings are part of the Empowering Vulnerable Youth in Palestine through the Economic Resilience and Entrepreneurship project, implemented by Al-Quds University and the Belgian Development Agency, Enabel, and funded by the European Union.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver engaging training sessions designed for the assigned topic or Deliver comprehensive training sessions on the selected topic(s).
Engage participants with interactive and practical learning methods.
Assess and adapt training approaches to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Assess the needs of the participants and adapt the training content to ensure an effective learning experience.
Provide feedback and guidance to participants during training sessions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and make improvements for future sessions.
Develop a comprehensive report post-training, summarizing outcomes, participant engagement, and recommendations for future sessions.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a trainer, or in a similar role.
Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Professional Skills, Financial Literacy Skills, or Introduction to Business Development.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to create a positive and collaborative learning environment.
Relevant educational background or certifications in the subject matter.
