Action Against Hunger is recruiting for its Hebron office a

Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (M&E) Assistant

For a period of 6 months with possibility of extension

General Objective:

The MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) Assistant will assist and support the MEAL Officer in the implementation of the FCM mechanism in the Hebron base. The MEAL Assistant will be responsible for carrying out M&E activities and tasks, in line with the mission SOPs and the MEAL Officer guidance.

Your Role: As a MEAL Assistant, you'll support our MEAL department in implementing the Feedback and Complaints Mechanism  (FCM). Your tasks will include:

Conducting field visits and data collection.
Monitoring project activities and providing insightful reports.
Designing tools for post-completion evaluations to assess our impact.
Managing feedback and complaints, ensuring accountability.
Keeping track of activities against indicators and contributing to success stories

متطلبات الوظيفة:
University graduate in Social Fields or related area.
At least one year of professional experience, humanitarian sector preferred.
Strong skills in assessments, data gathering, and report writing.
Proficient in data analysis (both qualitative and quantitative).
Solid organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent driving skills with a valid license.
Ready for frequent travel within the West Bank.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tasks.
