الوصف الوظيفي:
Scope of Work (Duties):

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial reports and analyze the company’s financial performance and profitability.
Project Costing & Profitability: Monitor project revenues, costs, and profit margins for advertising campaigns, events, and media projects.
Budgeting & Financial Planning: Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow plans.
Cost Control: Monitor expenses, analyze cost variances, and ensure accurate allocation of costs to projects.
Accounts Receivable & Payable: Oversee customer collections, supplier payments, outstanding balances, and account reconciliations.
Accounting Supervision: Supervise accounting operations, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial records.
Financial Statements & Taxation: Ensure timely financial statements, tax filings, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Internal Controls & Compliance: Implement financial controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize financial risks.
Management Support: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions and improve profitability.
Team & Systems Management: Supervise the accounting team and improve financial processes using ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification .
Proven experience in financial management, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, cash flow management, and internal controls.
Experience in project cost control, profitability analysis, and financial planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
