Program Officer (Health)

Established in 2006, the NGO Development Center (NDC) is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organization providing financial and technical support to civil society organizations (CSOs) through its programs and grant-making schemes.

NDC is seeking a Program Officer (Health) to manage and monitor a portfolio of health and women’s empowerment projects implemented by CSOs across the West Bank, with possible expansion to Gaza. The position will be based at NDC’s main office in Al-Ram.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor assigned projects, ensuring compliance with agreements, work plans, budgets, and expected results.
Serve as the focal point for grantee CSOs and provide technical guidance and support throughout project implementation.
Conduct field visits and follow up on project progress, challenges, and corrective actions.
Review CSO reports and prepare timely progress reports for NDC management and donors.
Develop and monitor activity plans, budgets, and technical assistance interventions.
Facilitate coordination, networking, and knowledge-sharing among CSOs and relevant stakeholders.
Support the engagement and management of external consultants, including preparation of Terms of Reference.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications and Competencies

University degree in health, social sciences, gender, economics, development studies, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably working with CSOs.
Good knowledge of the NGO and development sectors.
Strong project management, monitoring, coordination, and facilitation skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills in Arabic and English.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Valid driving license.
