الوصف الوظيفي:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Medical Representative / Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales objectives within the assigned territory while leading, coaching, and developing a team of Medical Representatives to maximize performance and business growth. This role requires strong leadership, excellent scientific knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Execute company marketing strategies and promotional plans effectively.
Promote the company's products to physicians, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
Team Leadership

Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives.
Conduct regular field visits and double-visits to enhance representatives' scientific knowledge and selling skills.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Support the implementation of action plans to achieve team objectives.
Customer & KOL Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, hospitals, and strategic accounts.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and ethical interactions.
Market Intelligence

Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and customer needs.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, territory reports, and market feedback for management.
Recommend opportunities and initiatives to improve business performance.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
Minimum 5 years of successful experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
Previous experience in team leadership, coaching, or mentoring is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent planning, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently while effectively managing a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
Valid driver's license.
